Masks are mandatory for the whole time you are at the clinic.

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or you have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, while not wearing appropriate personal protective equipment or you had a confirmed COVID-19 test, please call us to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

If you have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, please give us a call to reschedule your appointment for any day after the completion of your government mandated self quarantine period.

Please complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire before your appointment. You can do this by either:

  1. Opting into our email reminders, which will include the questionnaire.
  2. Over the phone during your appointment reminder calls.

Updates:

April 2021: Osteopathic treatments are currently put on hold due to the latest lockdown. Treatments will resume once the lockdown is lifted. All of our other practices are considered essential service so they are still continuing with treatments and accepting new clients.
